Job Summary We’re looking for a pragmatic, detail-oriented developer who can take prototype or “vibe-coded” apps—built primarily in Next.js and Python—and transform them into production-grade applications that meet enterprise standards for security, performance, and maintainability. Responsibilities • Refactor proof-of-concept or prototype applications into stable, scalable production systems. • Implement enterprise-grade standards for authentication, logging, error handling, observability, and CI/CD. • Harden APIs and front-end code for security, performance, and reliability. • Collaborate with UX designers, product owners, and platform engineers to align delivery with enterprise policies and deployment pipelines. • Write clear, maintainable code and documentation for future development and handoff. • Ensure compliance with internal frameworks for data handling, accessibility, and deployment governance. Skills • Strong proficiency in Next.js and Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django). • Experience deploying apps via Azure, AWS, or GCP, preferably in containerized environments. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, and infrastructure-as-code. • Working knowledge of enterprise security principles (SSO, RBAC, API key management). • Excellent debugging, code review, and refactoring skills. • Ability to take loosely defined ideas and deliver clean, compliant, production-ready systems. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in software development with a focus on application productionization.
