Our client is seeking an innovative and experienced AI Solutions Architect to join their cutting-edge team in **Kansas City, Missouri, US**. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to design and implement sophisticated artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions for a variety of complex business challenges. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, architecting end-to-end AI systems, and guiding the development and deployment of these solutions. This includes evaluating and selecting appropriate AI technologies, frameworks, and platforms, as well as ensuring scalability, security, and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and data science. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and expertise with AI/ML platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure ML, AWS SageMaker) is crucial. You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business problems into technical solutions and ensure successful integration of AI components into existing systems. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills, a passion for innovation, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with cloud computing environments and MLOps practices is highly desirable. Responsibilities: Design and architect scalable and robust AI/ML solutions. Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI technologies, tools, and platforms. Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop and deploy AI models. Translate business requirements into technical specifications for AI solutions. Ensure the integration of AI components into existing enterprise systems. Provide technical leadership and guidance on AI projects. Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning. Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes for new AI applications. Communicate technical solutions and findings to stakeholders. Qualifications: Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing AI/ML solutions. Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision. Proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI services. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and presentation abilities. Experience with MLOps and CI/CD for AI is a plus.
