Title: SQL Server Developer with BI Experience (SSIS) Location: San Francisco, CA 94104 – Hybrid (Local candidates only) Job Type: Contract to hire Rate: $ 50 - 55/hr We are seeking a skilled SQL Server Developer with Business Intelligence (BI) experience for a hybrid position based in San Francisco, CA (94104). The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7+ years of hands-on experience in SQL Server development and strong expertise in SSIS for data integration and ETL processes. This role will require the candidate to work onsite at least 2–3 days per week. Required Qualifications: • 5–7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2016 or newer). • Strong experience with SSIS – building, scheduling, and optimizing ETL packages. • Experience in integrating data from multiple sources and systems. • Proficiency in T-SQL, performance tuning, and stored procedure development. • Understanding of data warehousing and BI concepts. • Familiarity with reporting tools such as SSRS, Power BI (a plus). • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
