The Partner Account Manager (PAM) role in Microsoft Advertising is a pivotal position within the Channel Partner team at the Global Partner & Retail Media Team (GPRM) org. This team plays a critical role in strengthening Microsoft's presence in the digital advertising ecosystem by offering a diverse portfolio of products and solutions. As a PAM, you will engage with top partners in North America, building deep relationships, driving scalable solutions, and ensuring high levels of partner satisfaction. Collaborating with internal teams, you will develop and execute strategic partner account plans, delivering impactful results while contributing to Microsoft's overall advertising strategy. Responsibilities • Building and cultivating deep business relationships with partners and driving high levels of partner satisfaction. • Developing and owning strategic partner account plans in collaboration with the Partner Sales Executive (PSE). • Providing targeted solutions and ongoing service and support, delivering industry-leading Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for account management activities. • Leading partner engagement rhythm and meetings, ensuring the right conversations are happening to grow the account. • Managing core scorecard metrics such as revenue, adoption, total performing accounts, account penetration, and Partner Satisfaction. • Contributing to the Microsoft Advertising Partner Team Unit (PTU) by sharing insights, managing channel conflict, and exploiting revenue opportunities. • Proactively identifying scale opportunities to drive additional revenue and driving feature adoption. • Other: • Embody our culture and values Qualifications Required Qualifications: • 6+ years relevant work experience (e.g., Sales, Advertising, or Marketing with a focus on digital advertising) • OR Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field AND 4+ years relevant work experience (e.g., Sales, Advertising, or Marketing with a focus on digital advertising) • OR Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field AND 2+ years relevant work experience (e.g., Sales, Advertising, or Marketing with a focus on digital advertising) • OR equivalent experience. • Experience working through partners in digital advertising (search advertising and display, native, video (DNV)) Preferred Qualifications • 8+ years relevant work experience (e.g., Sales, Advertising, or Marketing with a focus on digital advertising) • OR Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field AND 5+ years relevant work experience (e.g., Sales, Advertising, or Marketing with a focus on digital advertising) • OR Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field AND 4+ years relevant work experience (e.g., Sales, Advertising, or Marketing with a focus on digital advertising) • OR equivalent experience. • Experience working in a partner ecosystem. Advertising Client Success IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $112,000 - $185,300 per year.
