A day in the life… • Architect, design, and implement scalable customizations and integrations for the D365 Sales module. • Leverage Power Platform tools including Power Automate, Custom Workflows, Plugins, and Azure Functions to extend platform capabilities. • Lead solutioning efforts, conduct proof of concepts (POCs), and establish technical governance. • Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and champion DevOps/ALM practices. • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and offshore development teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions. What we are looking for… Required • Minimum 7+ years of experience in enterprise application development with at least 7+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales module is a must). • Strong hands-on experience in D365 Sales module customization using Plugins, JavaScript, Power Automate, and custom workflows. • In-depth experience integrating D365 with external systems via APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Function Apps, etc. • Proven experience in leading development teams, solution design, and end-to-end project execution in a distributed team model. • Experience in designing and implementing reusable frameworks and patterns across D365 environments.
