Guide partners through transformation journeys, co-sell motions, and go-to-market campaigns across all Microsoft Cloud solution areas. • *Scenario-Led Innovation** + Champion key nonprofit scenarios such as donor engagement and fundraising (AI Business Processes), secure hybrid operations and data protection (Security), scalable infrastructure and AI-powered insights (Cloud & AI Platforms), and productivity transformation through Microsoft 365 and Copilot (AI Workforce). • *Cross-Functional Collaboration** + Partner with global and regional stakeholders across sales, marketing, engineering, and philanthropy to align investments, messaging, and execution. • *Impact Measurement** + Define and track KPIs that reflect partner performance, nonprofit reach, and mission-aligned outcomes—grounded in data and insights. • *Other** + Embody our culture and values • *Qualifications** • *Required/minimum qualifications** + Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement + OR equivalent experience. + 5+ years direct experience in developing partner ecosystems for cloud computing services or AI services in Nonprofit, sector driving revenue generation or workload consumption augmentation. + 5+ years of experience in creating and driving programs/businesses in the field required. • *Additional or preferred qualifications** + Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 12+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement + OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 15+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement + OR equivalent experience. + Proven record of driving storytelling and creating clarity with senior stakeholders. + Knowledge of cloud computing, data, security and AI business and competitor landscape. + 12+ years relevant sales experience with Information Technology products/services. Business Program Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $277,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $303,600 per year.
