Job Title: Dynamics 365 Configuration Admin Job Duration: 12 Months Job Location: 100% Remote Interview: Virtual Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Configuration and Administration Lead to oversee the development configuration testing and maintenance of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM systems excellent problemsolving skills and handson experience. Key Responsibilities • Lead the development configuration and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions including plugins pipelines workflows entities forms and views. • Implement and manage modern web services using serviceoriented architecture RESTful APIs and SOAP. • Create business units. • Oversee the execution of unit tests and code reviews to ensure highquality deliverables. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Ensure the CRM system aligns with business processes and objectives. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. • Stay updated with the latest CRM technologies and best practices. Qualifications • Certification Required: Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications. • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM configuration and administration. • Skills: • Strong understanding of CRM systems and their integration with other business applications. • Proficiency in developing and implementing web services (RESTful APIs SOAP). • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
