Our client is actively seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their fully remote engineering team. This position offers the opportunity to design, implement, and manage scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines, empowering our development teams to deliver software with speed and confidence. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for automating and streamlining our software development and deployment processes. This includes managing cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), implementing CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible), and robust monitoring and logging solutions. You will collaborate closely with software developers and system administrators to ensure the stability, performance, and security of our production environments. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automating deployments, managing cloud resources, implementing security best practices, and troubleshooting complex system issues. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Linux environments, scripting languages (Bash, Python), and a proven track record with cloud platforms and DevOps tools. Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration is highly desirable. We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a DevOps or SRE role, with a strong emphasis on automation and cloud infrastructure. Excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, and strong communication abilities are essential for success in this remote role. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
