Job Description A Facets Business Systems Analyst analyzes a wide range of FACETS configuration change requests for the purpose of determining the technical scope of the change, the impact on existing system configuration, and ultimately the exact nature of the modifications required to implement the change. ;The position requires a thorough understanding and knowledge of relational database theory as well as technical testing methodologies. ;Serves as a technical consultant to assigned Health Plan(s) in the evaluation, design, testing, and implementation as well as to Service Operations on business initiatives that require FACETS configuration modifications.; Education/Experience: • Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration or Information Technology or equivalent technical experience. • 3 years Business Analyst, configuration, or related business area experience. • Microsoft Access or equivalent relational database application experience. • Ability to build complex queries, reports, and macros. Work experience in Healthcare and Life Sciences is an added advantage.
