About the role: As a Junior DevOps Platform Engineer, you'll play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our DevOps Platform & CI/CD squad. You'll focus on managing support requests, maintaining CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, and ensuring the reliability of DevOps tools used across the organization. Your role will evolve from hands-on support to gaining experience in scripting, automation, and infrastructure-related tasks. This is a great opportunity to grow into more advanced platform engineering roles while working in a collaborative environment. Which tasks can you expect? • Act as first-line support for stakeholders using our DevOps platform and Azure DevOps pipelines. • Monitor and respond to tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution. • Support engineers in maintaining, updating, and debugging CI/CD pipelines. • Assist in managing DevOps tools used in our internal Platform-as-a-Product (PaaP) offering. • Contribute to automation and scripting efforts using Python or PowerShell. • Maintain documentation for processes, support guides, and troubleshooting steps. • Perform occasional support interventions outside of business hours when required. What do you have to offer? • Basic experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling. • Strong interest or basic proficiency in Python or PowerShell scripting. • Understanding of Windows Server and/or Linux environments. • Familiarity with: • Azure DevOps (pipelines, repos) • GIT version control • Ansible (basic understanding is a plus) • Azure CLI / PowerShell scripting • Integrated Development Environments (e.g., Visual Studio Code) • Friendly communicator with strong social and support skills. • Ability to work independently and within a team. • Analytical mindset with a structured and accurate working style. • Curious and eager to learn more about automation and DevOps practices. • Documentation-first mindset. • Agile attitude and passion for improvement.
