Database Admin - Dynamics 365 Business Central - Miami - $100k Our client is a well-established, publicly traded equipment parts distributor who is putting a heavy investment in their technology operations and building out an internal team to support several newly implemented systems. We are seeking a highly skilled and performance-focused Database Administrator (DBA) with deep expertise in designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-performance data warehouses. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience integrating data across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Salesforce CRM, and ADP Payroll, and will play a critical role in our organization's journey toward a data-driven future. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: • Design & Develop robust and scalable data warehouse architectures to support business intelligence, reporting, and analytics needs. • Administer and tune database systems (SQL Server, Azure SQL, or other platforms) to ensure high availability, performance, and security. • Integrate disparate data sources (Business Central, Salesforce, ADP, etc.) into a centralized warehouse using ETL/ELT best practices. • Develop ETL pipelines using tools such as Azure Data Factory, SSIS, or similar platforms. • Establish and enforce data governance, quality, and security protocols across all systems. • Support business users and data analysts with optimized queries, views, and datasets for reporting. • Monitor and troubleshoot database performance issues and implement proactive optimizations. • Work closely with software developers, data engineers, and stakeholders to align warehouse design with business goals. ________________________________________ Required Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in database administration and data warehouse development. • Proven track record of delivering performance-optimized data warehouses at scale. • Strong SQL expertise with experience in query optimization, indexing, partitioning, and replication. • Proficient with ETL tools such as Azure Data Factory, SSIS, or equivalent. • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, Snowflake). • Understanding of data modeling principles (star/snowflake schema). • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities. ________________________________________ Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, and data synchronization between SaaS platforms. • Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools. • Microsoft Azure certifications (Data Engineer, Solutions Architect, etc.) ________________________________________ What We Offer: • Opportunity to work on high-impact data projects across multiple enterprise systems. • Collaborative, innovation-driven culture. • Competitive salary and benefits package. • Flexible work environment.
