Job Description The Senior Solution Architect must apply advanced analysis skills and experience in the principals of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations to provide reliable design solutions with a focus on quality deliverables. The role requires deep knowledge of multiple Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations areas, specifically in supply chain, procurement, manufacturing operations and finance. The Senior Solution Architect oversees design and implementation of various business solution components and supports specialists in other disciplines. They identify and solve complex customer problems, envision critical processes, and help customers achieve objectives. Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver strategic presentations to audiences of all sizes are required. The role also involves fostering executive-level relationships and acting as trusted advisor, with first point of escalation for solution issues. The Senior Solution Architect participates in identifying, pursuing, and closing strategic business development activities while supporting ongoing projects. The role manages presales discoveries, analyzes organizational business processes and demonstrates how Hitachi Solutions and Microsoft Dynamics can meet customer requirements. Responsibilities • Oversee design and implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations components. • Support specialists across technical and business disciplines. • Identify and solve complex customer problems and enable critical business processes. • Deliver strategic presentations and communicate effectively with stakeholders. • Foster executive-level relationships and serve as trusted advisor; act as first escalation point for solution issues. • Lead presales discovery efforts; analyze business processes and map to Hitachi Solutions/Microsoft Dynamics capabilities. • Collaborate with project managers, program managers, and project teams to ensure successful implementations. • Coach and mentor team members; facilitate peer reviews. • Apply project implementation methodology, LCS, and adapt to project needs; stay curious about emerging technologies. • Experience with ISVs and IPs is desired. Qualifications Requirements: • 5+ large-scale ERP implementations of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations • Minimum 10 years of ERP experience, with 5+ years in Dynamics 365 F&O • Presales experience preferred; knowledge of sales processes • Guidance to implementation teams on ALM, environment strategy, integration strategy, data migration, security, etc. • Knowledge of Azure Cloud Platform, Power BI, PowerApps, Flow, Azure Data Lake, DevOps, RSAT • Experience with Common Data Services (Dual Write) for Dynamics 365 for Sales and Field Services integration • Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure successful implementations • Coaching and mentoring; facilitate peer reviews • Understanding of project methodologies and LCS; adaptable to project needs • Intellectual curiosity about emerging enterprise technologies • Experience dealing with ISVs and IPs Additional Information • Why Join Hitachi Solutions? Base Salary Pay Range • USD $142,500 - USD $198,750 • The current applicable Base Salary Pay Range is a general guideline and not a guarantee of compensation. Offers may consider responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, internal equity, market data, or other factors.
