Job Summary The D365 Business Analyst is responsible for the solution configuration, security, support, integrity, and management of Microsoft D365 enterprise applications. The Analyst understands business challenges and opportunities and works to lead the configuration and maintenance of value-added solutions to meet the business requirements. This position is responsible for troubleshooting and problem resolution, management and monitoring of system resources and performance. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve systems issues in order to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments. The Analyst will provide guidance and training to users in the organization. Key Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business processes and requirements. • Solution Design: Design and configure D365 solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with best practices. • Implementation: Lead the deployment of D365 applications, including data migration and system integration. • Customization: Customize the D365 platform to enhance functionality and improve user experience. • Testing: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the system meets business requirements and functions correctly. • Training & Support: Provide training to end-users and support them in adopting the new system. • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and user manuals. • Continuous Improvement: Analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement, recommending enhancements as needed. Job Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field. • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, particularly in specific modules: • Retail and commerce • MPOS • Pricing (trade agreement and retail pricing) • Product management • Inventory management • Sales and marketing • IVS would be a plus • Power BI • Strong understanding of business processes and how they align with D365 functionalities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders. • Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus and DevOps would be a plus. • Proficiency in configuration and customization of D365 applications. • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
