Key Responsibilities - Execute program initiatives from inception to deployment, ensuring alignment with CBM+ business and mission objectives. - Develop, enhance, and maintain dashboards and data visualizations using Qlik Sense to support aircraft maintenance analytics and decision-making. - Provide analytical expert insights on maintenance practices to support AI/ML development. - Participate in engagement meetings, advising stakeholders on military aircraft data and trends. Required Experience/Clearance - Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant aircraft maintenance experience, including 2+ years in data analysis, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. - In-depth knowledge of aircraft maintenance practices and aircraft industry trends. - Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, Excel) and general understanding of statistical modeling (Weibull, Gamma distributions). - Ability to interpret Aircraft Technical Orders and apply general aircraft maintenance knowledge. - Experience with Maintenance Information Systems and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple projects. - Must hold current minimum DoD Secret Security Clearance Desired Experience - Familiarity with Agile development processes and collaborative tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Lucidchart. - Advanced understanding of AI/ML applications in predictive maintenance. - Proficiency with software development languages, such as Python, JavaScript, C++, R, etc. - Knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) data systems and Air Force-specific platforms.
