Qualifications: Education: • BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • Microsoft DP-203 certification preferred. Experience: • 7+ years of experience in data engineering and/or analytics. • 5+ years of experience in database architecture and dimensional data modeling. • 2+ years of experience managing or leading technical teams. • 3+ years working with data processing systems in Azure (Data Factory). • Strong experience with Python, SQL, and Agile development methodologies. Skills: • Mastery in designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines. • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and documentation skills. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to manage priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines. • Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Git and Jira. • Experience with data migration activities and large-scale data integration projects. Nice to Have: • Experience in automotive repair and/or insurance industries • Cloud certifications on any platform.
