Job Title- Test Environment Lead (DevOps, or infrastructure) Location- Hybrid in SeaTac, WA (- 3 days in office and 2 days WFH) Duration- 12 months Key Responsibilities • Environment Planning & Coordination o Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to define environment requirements. o Plan and coordinate the provisioning and usage of test environments for various phases of testing (e.g., unit, integration, SIT, UAT). • Environment Setup & Maintenance o Oversee the configuration and deployment of test environments, including software, databases, and network components. o Ensure environments are refreshed with appropriate test data and configurations. • Monitoring & Issue Resolution o Monitor environment performance and availability. • Governance & Compliance o Implement process improvements to bring visibility to code deployment and configuration changes. o Create a schedule of non prod environments used by teams for System, Integration and E2E testing. o Ability to manage conflicts and resistance among different teams using the same environment. o Maintain and understand environment documentation, including architecture diagrams, access controls, and configuration details. • Stakeholder Management o Act as the primary point of contact for environment related queries. o Communicate environment status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Required Skills: • Ability to build relationships across teams. • Strong communication skills. • Understanding of Azure Cloud. • Proven experience in environment management, DevOps, or infrastructure roles. • Strong understanding of software development and testing lifecycle. • Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). • Airlines ecosystem understanding is preferred.
