Job Description Role: .NET Azure Architect Duration: 6months C2H Location: Sacramento & Walnut Creek, CA (Hybrid) GC/USC Only Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Azure Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-based applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in .NET technologies, Azure cloud services, and modern architectural patterns. Key Responsibilities: • Design end-to-end architecture for enterprise applications using .NET Core/Framework and Microsoft Azure. • Define cloud-native architecture strategies including microservices, serverless, containers (AKS), and API management. • Lead cloud migration initiatives from on-premise to Azure. • Collaborate with development, DevOps, and security teams to ensure robust and scalable solutions. • Guide development teams on best practices, code reviews, and performance optimization. • Define CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. • Ensure architecture compliance with industry standards and security practices. Required Skills & Experience: • 10+ years of experience in software development with strong focus on .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core). • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure Functions, API Gateway, Azure SQL, Storage, etc.). • Strong understanding of architectural patterns (SOA, microservices, event-driven). • Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, ARM/Bicep templates, or Terraform. • Proven leadership in technical design and mentoring development teams. • Excellent communication and documentation skills. Preferred: • Azure Architect certification (AZ-305 or similar). • Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). • Experience with Identity and Access Management (Azure AD, OAuth2).
