Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst with strong programming experience and some familiarity with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystems. This individual will help design, implement, and manage data-driven solutions to streamline our business operations. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between business needs and technology—creating insights from data, configuring Dynamics 365, building Power Apps, and implementing Power Automate workflows. While experience with Dynamics 365 is a plus, candidates with limited or no prior experience are still encouraged to apply, especially if they bring strong programming and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities for this role include automating business processes, managing structured data, and improving reporting efficiency using scripts and other tools. Data Analysis & Reporting • Support data collection, cleansing, and analysis to generate actionable insights. • Assist in developing dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools. • Ensure data integrity and contribute to data governance practices. Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Setup • Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (CRM, ERP, etc.) based on templates provided by third-party vendors. • Collaborate with internal teams to align Dynamics 365 with business workflows. • Provide administrative support and user guidance for Dynamics 365. Automation & Platform Replication • Develop workflows and automation within Power Automate and Power Apps to replicate existing processes from Google Workspace. • Design low-code/no-code solutions to reduce manual tasks. • Troubleshoot and resolve workflow and integration issues. Customization & Best Practices • Customize Dynamics 365 forms, fields, views, and workflows to optimize user experience. • Develop or enhance Power Apps (Canvas or Model-Driven) to meet evolving business needs. • Adhere to Microsoft and industry standards for security and compliance. Collaboration & Vendor Coordination • Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure proper implementation of ABA-specific templates. • Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate progress. • Provide training and documentation for end users. Qualifications & SkillsRequired • Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field—or equivalent experience. • Microsoft Dynamics 365: Familiarity with Dynamics 365 is preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to learn and adapt is essential. • Power Platform: Practical knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate for building workflows and applications. • Data Analysis: Proficiency in data manipulation and visualization using tools like Power BI. • Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly learn new platforms, troubleshoot issues, and use APIs/connectors effectively. • Programming: Strong programming skills, with hands-on experience in scripting or development for automation and integration. Preferred • Experience with SQL, Dataverse, or other databases. • Familiarity with Azure services and Microsoft 365 integration. • Background in healthcare or ABA environments. • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
