In supporting the delivery of projects, this position aligns team objectives, business processes, General Contractor (GC) and vendor management strategies, and cross-group collaboration efforts with the DCD project strategy. + Serve as an effective advocate for managing a safe site. + Collaborate with Microsoft Project Engineering, BAS Project Manager, GC Project Controls, the Engineer of Record, and other internal groups to maintain the safe corporate vision and performance goals for the project. + Coordinate activities on the Mechanical Systems portion of datacenter development. + Monitoring the status of a project's mechanical side to ensure it stays on schedule and on budget. + Ensure the project complies with all safety, labor, and zoning regulations. You will handle administrative duties such as budgeting and managing agreements with subcontractors and ensure that all mechanical process activities are executed in accordance with project drawings and specifications. • *Qualifications** • *Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in project/program management, engineering, or related experience + OR equivalent experience. + 3+ years of experience in project/construction management with a focus on the mechanical process • *Other Requirements:** + Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
