Role - Power BI Engineer Rate - 70-75/hr on C2C Work Auth - Only USC or GC ( Need 2 Professional references ) Client - Starbucks 12-month contract with the possibility of extending to full time Candidates are required to be local to Seattle and work a hybrid schedule (3 days per week onsite at Seattle HQ). Must have very good Power BI, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Date Lake, Python and either Terraform or PowerShell. Should have some kind of SQL experience in order to write queries. The work will focus on Power BI modernization and Power BI planning for their enterprise and scalable environment. Power Bi Administration experience, specifically around tenant setup, managing access patterns, security, data governance strategies for power BI datasets, experience managing workspaces, dashboards, apps. Defining strategies on dataset sharing, experience managing and maintaining power Bi gateway servers, troubleshooting performance bottlenecks with reports/dashboards. Exposure to Power BI development, experience writing DAX, custom measures etc. Experience with Azure Data Stack highly preferred : Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake(ADLS), Azure SQL. Comfortable in holding community practice sessions for Power BI adoption at enterprise. Exposure with other reporting BI reporting tools like Tableau good to have. Ability to write code in Python, Infrastructure as Code automation using Terraform or PowerShell.
