Requirements
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development
• Strong exposure to Azure Cloud Services and microservices architecture
• Proven track record in building and optimizing services to achieve sub-250ms response times
• Experience with connection pooling, memory management, and thread configuration in high-load applications
• Knowledge of secure service communication protocols including MTLS
• Working knowledge of DevOps pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes/AKS
• Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Developer Associate)
• Experience with distributed tracing, monitoring tools (e.g., Application Insights, Prometheus, Grafana)
• Exposure to event-driven systems using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
