ResponsibilitiesWork closely with Product Management and Technical teams to provide the technical oversight and leadership to IoT R&D projects.The primary responsibility of this position is to develop, maintain, continuously improve and support both internal and client-facing IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks and telecoms systems.Provide expert infrastructure oversight, ensuring successful delivery and performance of IT services for our clients and the fulfilment of our obligations and Service Levels Targets.Identify, define and solve problems, which includes making decisions about the best course of action.Required SkillsHands on with scripting languages Groovy Python and Shell scripting.Hands on with build tools line Gradle Maven and MS Build.Understanding of configuration management for a CICD environment Jenkins Terraform.Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.Independent Self starter with a strong work ethic and ability to prioritize time and work under pressure to meet deadlines.Technical skills in the IoT domain and integration between an array of systems including Kafka, Azure IoT hub, Event Hub, Spark/Apache beam, NoSQL and other enterprise systems.Required ExperienceExperience on DevOps tools chain like GitHub Jenkins SonarQube blaze meter and Deployment Tools XL Deploy Datical Terraform and chef.Experience working within containerized environments for microservices and orchestration tools.Experience implementing AWS dynamic autoscaling API Gateway Lambda step functions ECS Fargate EKS redshift cluster RDS flavors Cloud Front Data lake use cases Glue Athena Kinesis and understanding of IAM policy management in AWS.Experience with container technologies ECS ECS Fargate Azure AKS EKS PCFDocker.Education RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field.
