Job Title: Data Scientist GenAI & Python Location: Plano, TX (Onsite) Duration: Long-Term Contract Note: Candidate must be local and willing to attend face-to-face interviews (Visa independent /W2 candidate)only. We are looking for a highly motivated and technically strong Data Scientist with expertise in core Data Science, Generative AI (GenAI), and proficiency in Python, PySpark, and MongoDB. The ideal candidate will be experienced in designing, developing, and deploying advanced analytics solutions, leveraging GenAI to drive transformative insights. Experience with Azure Cloud and Databricks is highly desirable to manage and analyze large-scale datasets in modern cloud environments. Responsibilities :: Data Science & GenAI Solutions • Design, develop, and implement data science models and generative AI solutions to solve complex business problems. • Build predictive and prescriptive models, natural language processing (NLP) pipelines, and generative workflows to support business initiatives. • Leverage GenAI frameworks and LLMs to enhance analytics capabilities. Data Engineering & Analytics • Perform large-scale data processing using PySpark; integrate and manage data from diverse sources, including MongoDB. • Ensure data quality, feature engineering, and transformation to prepare data for modeling and analytics. • Optimize data pipelines and workflows in Azure and Databricks environments for scalability and performance. Collaboration & Delivery • Work closely with cross-functional teams (business analysts, product owners, engineers) to understand requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions. • Communicate complex technical concepts and insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders. • Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies in AI/ML and cloud-based analytics. Required Qualifications & Skills : • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field. • Strong hands-on experience in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, etc.) and PySpark. • Solid understanding of core Data Science concepts statistical modeling, machine learning, deep learning, and NLP. • Experience with Generative AI technologies and frameworks (e.g., LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning). • Proficiency with MongoDB for handling semi-structured/unstructured data. • Knowledge and hands-on experience with Azure Cloud and Databricks for data pipeline orchestration and model deployment. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
