Position Summary Teksouth is seeking a Power Platform Innovator to support and enhance government software capabilities using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. In this role, you'll be part of a collaborative team focused on delivering mission-critical solutions. You will contribute to full-lifecycle software development, gather requirements directly from stakeholders, and deploy applications that make a real impact. Responsibilities • Integrate full-lifecycle software solutions as part of a collaborative team. • Gather and refine requirements to build and deploy new software capabilities in an Agile environment. • Design, develop, and maintain customer-centric applications using Power Platform tools. • Review and test software components for compliance with design requirements and document the test results. • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues. • Apply appropriate software development and design methodologies based on the project environment. Qualifications • Must Have an active Secret security clearance. • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or a related technical discipline; or equivalent years of experience. • Minimum of 6 years of general IT experience, including at least 4 years of specialized experience. • At least 5 years of experience in software development, applying principles of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis. • Experience with two or more Power Platform technologies: Power BI and the Power Platform suite (Power Apps and Power Automate). • Foundational knowledge in database development (e.g., Dataverse, MS Access, SQL). • Basic proficiency in at least one programming, functional, or query language (e.g., Power FX, SQL, DAX, VBA, Python). • Experience working with large datasets, including financial or operational data, with a focus on analysis, visualization, and insights. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex functions. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. • Ability to earn the Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals Certification within 90 days of hire.
