What You’ll Be Doing • Lead the Development of Data & AI Products: oversee the development and deployment of advanced data analytics and AI products that elevate manufacturing efficiency, compliance, and quality. • Drive Strategy with Vision: shape and execute the vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy for manufacturing data products, analytics, and AI/ML solutions aligned with business priorities and operational goals. • Define and Deliver High-Value Data Products: own the full lifecycle of manufacturing data products—from ideation to delivery and iteration—ensuring scalability, governance, and measurable business value across use cases such as batch visibility, site inspections, and equipment performance. • Industrialize AI with MLOps: product ionize AI models using MLOps best practices to ensure sustainable, scalable, and monitored deployment across manufacturing use cases. • Deliver Scalable Data Solutions with Data Ops: implement high-quality, governed data pipelines and Data Ops practices for reliable data delivery to downstream analytics and AI applications. • Data Governance Leadership: define data ownership, stewardship models, data quality standards, and metadata management to ensure trusted, compliant data. • Team & Capability Building: manage and mentor a cross-disciplinary team of engineers, data scientists, and analytics professionals, fostering innovation, agility, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Governance & Compliance: ensure AI and analytics solutions meet GxP standards, maintain data integrity and privacy, and follow responsible and ethical AI practices. • Collaborate for Impact Across the Network: align and integrate data and AI solutions across global sites, operations, and Quality stakeholders. • Advance the Manufacturing & Quality (M&Q) data and AI transformation: leverage experience, networks, and technical depth to deliver business value and support network expansion. • Thrive in Complexity and Change: operate in a regulated, fast-paced environment, navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and influence senior stakeholders with confidence. Qualifications • What You Should Bring • Strong foundation in Data & AI disciplines (data analytics, AI/ML, Data Product Management, Data/Solution Architecture, or Data Engineering), preferably in manufacturing or a highly regulated environment. • Cloud and modern data tech fluency with hands-on experience in AWS or Azure and tools such as Databricks, Snowflake, MLflow, Airflow, Spark. • Advanced Analytics & AI at Scale: design, build, deploy, and support production analytics and AI/ML solutions, including MLOps and lifecycle management. • Data Governance: experience implementing data governance, data quality, lineage, ownership, and stewardship aligned with enterprise policies and regulatory requirements (e.g., GxP). • Track record of delivering Data Products: define and deliver scalable, reusable data products with measurable business impact using agile/product-centric approaches. • Leadership and people development: manage and mentor cross-functional data/analytics teams with focus on growth, innovation, and performance. • Business acumen in manufacturing operations: translate business needs into impactful data/AI solutions in pharma/manufacturing contexts. • Communication and collaboration: strong stakeholder management and ability to work across teams, sites, and global functions. • Compliance and ethical AI: awareness of data privacy, responsible AI, and GxP requirements; embed them into solution design. • Note: additional details on compensation and benefits are provided in company policies and job postings. • Basic Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science,…
