We are seeking a skilled and proactive Cybersecurity Specialist II with 3–5 years of experience to join our growing security team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with SentinelOne, Microsoft Azure Intune, and Proofpoint, along with a strong understanding of compliance cybersecurity frameworks. Job Responsibilities: • Monitor, analyze, and respond to security events and incidents using SentinelOne EDR and other SIEM tools. • Manage and enforce endpoint security policies. • Administer and optimize email security and threat protection using Proofpoint. • Conduct vulnerability assessments and assist in remediation efforts. • Maintain and update documentation for security policies, procedures, and incident response plans. • Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation as scheduled, and have the ability to perform after-hours support as needed • Participate in audits and support evidence collection for compliance reporting. • Stay current with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies. • Conduct security awareness training and education • Maintain Third-Party Service Provider management software • Vendor onboarding • Vendor monitoring (Review vendor questionnaire responses) • Review questionnaires for compliance requirements Education and Work Experience: • 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity or related IT security roles. • Security+ certified • Proficiency with SentinelOne, Azure Intune, and Proofpoint. • Experience with endpoint protection, email security, and cloud security controls. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Knowledge Skills & Abilities: • In-depth knowledge of Information Technology and computer systems • Experience with SIEM platforms and incident response workflows. • Demonstrated organizational skills • Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and collaborate as part of a team • Ability to manage tasks independently without close supervision and take ownership of responsibilities • Must have an understanding of Information Security concepts, protocols, and industry best practices. Must demonstrate initiative and effective independent decision-making skills • Excellent written and oral communication skills with high clarity, thoroughness, and attention to detail. • Proficiency and troubleshooting skills with Windows Operating Systems & Office applications are required • Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize • Familiarity with scripting or automation (PowerShell, Python). Preferred Qualifications • Certifications considered highly desirable: • CompTIA Network+ • CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+)
