Job Description Fulcrum Consulting, an LRS company is seeking a Senior Digital App Developer/Analyst with our client in Eden Prairie, MN. The Senior Digital App Developer/Analyst plays a critical role in driving the evolution and optimization of digital applications within our organization. This position combines advanced development skills with analytical expertise to ensure digital solutions meet strategic goals while delivering exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, embraces innovation, can work independently and demonstrates a solid understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies. To be successful in this role, the senior digital app developer/analyst needs to have extensive hands-on experience with the development of code architecture, software development for enterprise digital applications and a strong knowledge of several programming languages. This role requires both strategic vision of digital application architecture, building applications (apps) as well as the ability to "do" the work by coding and creating world-class digital experiences for our employees and customers. Essential Functions Collect and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for new and existing applications. Write and/or review code for various applications and ensure quality assurance of all projects. Responsible for technical design, coding, testing, debugging and implementation of mobile web apps and web software solutions. Run functionality testing and debug code. Lead technical discussions and propose innovative solutions for complex challenges. Provide direction and product roadmap to external development consultants and ensure optimum functionality of all application products. Ensure our software documentation is up-to-date and develop best practices for process improvement. Prioritize software development projects, set timelines, and assign tasks to internal and external team members. Keen eye and aptitude for troubleshooting with solutions led approach. Understand workflow processes and systems within a product marketing/sales cycle. Partner with stakeholders worldwide to achieve growth expectations through technology driven platforms that are both internal and customer facing solutions. Qualifications Minimum Required: 5+ years of software development experience building complete web applications. Full Stack JavaScript developer with 1 years actively developing solutions with Node.JS, Vue.JS, React, AngularJS, PHP or similar. Experience with both relational and non-relational database structures, commands, and background synchronization (MongoDB, MySQL, MS SQL Server, etc.). Strong object-oriented design/coding skills with a proven history of delivering scalable, repeatable, secure, and efficient cloud-based solutions Familiar with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Familiar with application deployment to self-managed operating systems both manually and via automated pipelines. Experience building Progressive Web Apps. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Strong logical troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with network diagnostics tools. Demonstrated project management experience with managing multiple concurrent individuals and/or team projects. Ability to provide guidance and training on digital processes to internal and external individuals and teams. Strong organizational and time-management skills in workflow, deadline adherence, and digital asset management. Self-starter, detail-oriented, well organized, able to handle multiple projects at any given time, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience with version control systems like Git. Knowledge of Office 365. Preferred: Knowledge of Agile methodologies Comprehensive knowledge of security best practices. Knowledge of generative artificial intelligence (gen ai). Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS. Maintains technical knowledge within areas of expertise. Experience with mockup and UI prototyping tools. The base range for this contract position is $50 - $80 per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
