• Experience: 8+ years
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Exchange (On-Prem & Online), Active Directory, and email gateway administration
• Mandatory Skills: Microsoft Exchange 2013/2016/2019 setup and migration Hybrid Exchange & O365 tenant management PowerShell scripting for automation Mimecast administration Active Directory (multi-forest, replication, ADMT, Quest) Azure AD, Conditional Access, MFA, O365 licensing Windows Server (2012 R2/2016), ADFS, GPOs
• Entra ID (AAD) configuration and troubleshooting Email flow routing, journaling, retention policies GitHub, YAML configuration Identity lifecycle management AD Certificate Services
• Good-to-Have Skills: Terraform experience Knowledge of Kerberos, LDAP, DNS, DHCP Experience with OAuth app registrations and service principals Strategic planning and documentation skills
