We’re looking for a hands-on leader to own our Azure cloud platform and take it to the next level. As VP of Cloud Platform, you’ll shape strategy, lead talented engineering & DevOps teams, and ensure our fintech products run on a secure, scalable, always-on platform. What You’ll Do • Drive cloud strategy and architecture on Microsoft Azure • Lead platform engineering, DevOps, and reliability teams • Build automation for CI/CD, infrastructure, and monitoring • Ensure uptime, security, and compliance (PCI, SOC2, FFIEC, GDPR) • Partner with product leaders to deliver customer-focused solutions • Stay ahead of new Azure capabilities and industry best practices What We’re Looking For • 12+ years in IT/cloud leadership, 5+ years with Azure at scale • Strong background in cloud architecture, containers, IaC (Terraform, Bicep, etc.) • Proven track record building secure, high-availability platforms in regulated industries • Executive presence with the ability to influence across tech + business • Bonus: fintech/banking experience, event-driven architectures (Kafka, Event Hubs), Azure certifications • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work 3 day in office ( Plano, TX) • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $143,624.42 - $238,881.02 per year Work Location: In person
