As a Senior Microsoft Dynamics Developer, you will support a federal customer to perform mission-critical functions within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Responsibilities • Responsibilities include system integrations, custom code development, and 3rd-party application API integration. • Help to develop and drive the standards, development processes, advise on some systems architecture, and design patterns to support IT and business solutions. • Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows • Configure application-related fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles, and access controls • Responsible for the solution that includes high- and low-level designs, data modeling, data integration, tool configuration, and customizations. • Integrate with third-party systems/applications via APIs • Build reports, dashboards, and views • Administer the instance, including the delegation of groups, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items, and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions • Rapidly prototype new solutions to demonstrate Dynamics capabilities to our clients • Work with IT partners to design, configure, test and deploy changes to CRM database entities, fields, screens, forms, workflows, reports, and dashboards. • Define and refine methodology and standards for setup, design, and implementation of the application or technology to meet the needs of the business and IT customers.
