Company Description Collaborative Agile Solutions (CAS) LLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) specializing in providing operational insight into the application of Agile principles in Department of Defense (DoD) program offices. The company is based in Dayton, OH, with flexibility for some remote work. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Enterprise Agile Strategist at Collaborative Agile Solutions LLC. The Enterprise Agile Strategist will work closely with the Senior Material Leader and Branch Leadership to create the organization’s vision, communicate its intent and value across the Enterprise and implement innovative efforts that improve current programmatic operations in order to achieve that vision. This position will advise leadership on both big-picture and tactical matters, focusing on how technology and innovation opportunities can enable a wide range of value-based outcomes. The Enterprise Agile Strategist will leverage resources across the DoD and commercial entities to formulate and implement innovative strategies and best practices to resolve the Enterprise’s most challenging issues. The Enterprise Agile Strategist will analyze, design and develop Enterprise-level solutions focusing on streamlining processes across all aspects of the organization and evolves programmatic strategies that enable a digital acceleration and transformation of tools and processes. Qualifications • Advanced Degree (Master of Arts (MA) / Master of Science (MS)) and 12 years of experience in Program Management, five years of which must be in the DoD • OR, BA/BS degree, and 15 years of experience in Program Management, five of which must be in the DoD • PMP, PMI-ACP and/or CSM, CSPO certifications • Familiarity with DoD Acquisition processes, regulations, and policies (e.g., DoDI 5000 series, FAR/DFARS). • Experience developing ACAT I/II/III acquisition strategies and artifacts • Proficiency with Agile frameworks and demonstrated success in implementing Agile methodologies in complex projects. • Knowledge of data analytics, data visualization, and business intelligence tools (Microsoft Power Platform) to help streamline decision-making processes. • Ability to complete tasks independently or with minimal guidance • Problem Solving • Critical and Creative Thinking
