Job Description: Sr. SAP-BW & Power BI Analyst Location: St. Louis, Missouri (Hybrid work) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced SAP BW & Power BI Analyst with a strong background in SAP BW and foundational knowledge of Power BI. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP BW and be capable of analyzing complex data across various company dimensions. This role involves close collaboration with business users and stakeholders to deliver impactful reporting solutions and drive user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions. Reconcile data between SAP BW reports and it's related Power BI report and identify issues and data mismatches. Work with Developer / change manager to mitigate and solve the issues. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze and interpret data across SAP BW systems using tools such as: • Analysis for OfficeBex Web TemplatesBex Query Analyzer • Perform data analysis across company codes, plants, and operating concerns. Utilize Power BI for reporting and visualization, with a basic understanding of:Power BI ReportPower BI semantic modelVarious techniques of consuming Power BI report / semantic model • Conduct and lead user meetings and UAT sessions with clients and business users. Explain and demonstrate the functionality of new Power BI reports to stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reporting solutions meet business needs. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP BW. • Working knowledge of Power BI.Strong analytical and communication skills.Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. • * Preferred Certifications: • SAP BW or BW/4HANA Certification • Microsoft Power BI Certification Job Type: Contract Pay: $65.00 - $72.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Application Question(s): • Do you have SAP BW or BW/4HANA Certification/Microsoft Power BI Certification ? • Do you have any local ID of Missouri ?
