Role :: AI Lead Location :: Parsippany, NJ – Onsite Type :: Fulltime Experience Required - 10+ Years Must Have Technical/Functional Skills • Programming languages (Python / PySpark) • Machine learning algorithms and architectures • Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques (text analysis, summarization) • Deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) • Training and Tuning models • LLM’s and Prompt Engineering • VectorDB, RAG Architecture • Build Agentic Applications • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps) Roles & Responsibilities: • Present and discussion with customers on TCS solution and proposals • Interact with customers to understand requirements • Design, develop, and deploy AI / GenAI / Agentic systems. • Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to understand data characteristics. • Optimize performance and efficiency of ML Models/LLMs. • Work with hardware and software infrastructure for LLMs. • Collaborate with researchers, data scientists, and prompt/AI/data engineers. • Communicate insights to inform business decisions Generic Managerial Skills, If any • Customer communication and interaction • Good communication and Presentation skills • Strategic Planning and leadership skills • Guide and direct development team offshore
