Skills • 8-12 years of experience in Microsoft C#, ASP.Net, .Net Core, and extensive experience with SQL and database design. • 2-4 years of experience with Dynamics365 and Power Apps. • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and software design patterns. • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services. • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain web applications and services using C#, ASP.Net, .Net Core, and SQL. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. • Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, devising solutions to these issues. • Maintain code quality, organization, and automation. • Integrate data storage solutions for optimal performance. • Develop and enhance custom applications using Dynamics365 and Power Apps. • Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance. • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. Qualifications • 8-12 years of experience in software development with a focus on Microsoft technologies. • Demonstrated experience with Dynamics365 and Power Apps is highly desirable. • Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Education Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Education Requirements Credential Category • Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies are beneficial but not mandatory. Experience Requirements • 8-12 years of relevant experience in software development. • Experience in mentoring and leading software development initiatives is preferred.
