The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Dynamics customization, Power Platform, and integration with various enterprise tools. As a Senior Lead Developer, you will play a pivotal role in driving agile development practices, establishing coding best practices, and contributing to the implementation of DevSecOps in our Azure environment. The successful candidate will bring technical expertise, leadership, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions. Technical Leadership: • Serve a lead role in the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft-based solutions. • Serve as a Dynamics 365 technical architect, providing solution design, technical guidance, and mentorship to team members. • Collaborate with architects and other stakeholders to define technical strategies. • Lead Dynamics 365/Dataverse project implementation from requirement gathering to deployment, including preparation of technical and functional documentation. • Facilitate continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, enabling automated and secure software deployment. Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform Expertise: • Lead the development and customization of Dynamics 365 solutions, including model-driven apps, canvas apps, and Power Apps Portals. • Develop custom solutions using Dynamics 365 SDK, plugins, workflows, business process flows, and JavaScript. • Utilize Power Automate, Dynamics workflows and custom workflow activities to automate CRM processes and workflows. • Integrate Dynamics 365 with SharePoint, internal systems, and third-party applications. • Stay abreast of the latest developments in Microsoft technologies and recommend their adoption when applicable. Agile Development: • Drive agile development methodologies within the team. • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. • Foster a collaborative and iterative development environment. • Lead the estimation process, providing accurate and timely point estimates for development efforts. • Work closely with project managers to ensure realistic project timelines and deliverables. Coding Best Practices: • Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices. • Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable code. DevSecOps Implementation: • Contribute to the implementation of DevSecOps practices in an Azure environment. • Collaborate with security and operations teams to integrate security into the development lifecycle. Collaboration: • Work closely as part of a cross-functional team, including QA, product management, and business analysts. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical insights. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • Over 10 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics CRM, Dataverse and Microsoft technologies. • Proven expertise in Dynamics CRM (3.0 to 365), Power Platform, SQL Server, .NET, JavaScript, Azure Logic Apps and SharePoint integration. • Strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM customization, configuration, plug-ins, and workflows. • Experience with CRM migrations, upgrades, and performance tuning. • Experience with cloud-based identity and access management service(i.e. Microsoft Entra, Azure Active Directory (AAD), Azure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). • Knowledge of Azure Logic Apps and familiarity with Azure Security Center or similar security management tools. • Knowledge of DevSecOps principles and implementation in an Azure environment. • Leadership experience in leading CRM technical teams, providing mentorship, and architectural guidance. • Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform (preferred). • Strong understanding of agile development methodologies. • Experience with point estimation techniques and project planning. • Expertise in establishing and maintaining coding best practices. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • US citizenship required Professional Skills: • Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information. • Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors. • Strong stakeholder management, including advising and influencing clients regarding process improvement initiatives, and working positively. • Skilled communicator with clients and employees. • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. • Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrated outstanding level of professionalism in providing client support, including ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, tact, and diplomacy. #CJ #WHYPBG We have successfully built a company culture based on our single most important asset - our employees.
