Job Description: Tria Federal is seeking a skilled and motivated IT Systems Administrator to join a collaborative and dynamic IT team. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, solid analytical skills, and proven problem-solving experience using their in-depth understanding of information systems, security, and computing solutions. This role is required to be on-site at our Windsor Mill location in Baltimore, Maryland. He/she will use their interpersonal skills to communicate and provide IT service desk support to a hybrid workforce. This role requires knowledge of the MacOS environment and Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Basic Requirements: * Minimum of an A.S. in applied science (Computer/Network) Will consider two years of college or trade school education in computer, networking, or computer security field * 3-5 years of experience required * Must be able to commute daily to our Woodlawn, MD Office * MacOS and Microsoft Windows * Microsoft Azure / Entra ID (Active Directory), Microsoft 365 Admin Center * Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Copilot) * IT asset management - maintain and track inventory Additional Qualifications: * A+ and/or Network+ Certification * Strong time management; able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines * Clear and patient communicator, especially with non-technical users * Highly responsive and professional in demeanor * Knowledge of FreshService Service Desk System Responsibilities: * Provide IT service desk support to a hybrid workforce * Configure and maintain networked computers (hardware, software, applications) * Optimize IT operations for performance and security * Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues * Support remote offices using remote access tools * Maintain IT asset inventory and tracking * Document processes and technical work accurately * Explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users * Uphold company IT policies and standards Benefits and Perks: * Medical, dental, and vision insurance - Multiple plan options through Cigna and VSP Vision Care with employer contributions. * 401(k) retirement plan - 5% employer match with immediate vesting. * Paid time off (PTO) - Accrual-based PTO with 11 paid federal holidays and 1 floating holiday. * Parental & maternity leave - 20 days paid parental leave and 12 weeks fully paid maternity leave.
