Position Overview Support our healthcare partners & help them thrive at Meduit! The Network Infrastructure Lead will lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of Meduit's enterprise network systems. This includes cloud and on-prem infrastructure, VoIP carrier management, and Windows Server administration. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts across all levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities • Architect and manage secure, scalable network infrastructure across enterprise environments. • Lead cross-functional projects involving network and VoIP systems. • Administer Windows Server environments including Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and patching. • Monitor and optimize network performance and call quality metrics. • Maintain detailed documentation for audit readiness and operational transparency. • Provide Tier 3 technical support and resolve complex infrastructure issues. • Ensure compliance with internal governance policies and industry standards. Essential Skills • Deep understanding of networking protocols: IPv4/IPv6, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, BGP, OSPF, VPN, SD-WAN, LDAP. • Expertise in VoIP and carrier management: SIP trunking, QoS, MOS scoring, jitter/latency analysis. • Strong Windows Server administration: Active Directory, Group Policy, NPS, Radius, PowerShell. • Proficiency with monitoring and diagnostic tools: SolarWinds, PRTG, Wireshark, Cisco ASDM. • Experience with virtualization and cloud platforms: VMware vSphere, Azure VNETs. • Familiarity with enterprise hardware: Cisco Nexus, ASA, FirePower, Meraki, Juniper switches/firewalls. • Operating systems knowledge: Cisco IOS, Windows Server, Linux (RHEL, SUSE, CentOS), VMware. • Scripting capabilities in Bash, Python, PowerShell, and HTML. Required Qualifications • Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise network engineering or infrastructure management. • Proven track record in managing complex network environments. • Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills. • Our company does not offer visa sponsorship for this position. Preferred Qualifications • CCNA or CCNP certification (or equivalent hands-on experience). • Experience in healthcare IT or other regulated industries.
