For more information, please visit www.futurimedia.com. About the role We're looking for a Senior Full‑Stack Engineer to help build the next generation of AI‑powered extensions for Microsoft 365. In this role, you'll own the end‑to‑end design and delivery of secure, production‑ready solutions that connect Azure OpenAI models with Microsoft Graph, Teams, and Office experiences. You'll architect cloud services, craft high‑quality prompts and APIs, and guide projects through Microsoft's compliance process-all while collaborating closely with product, UX, and fellow engineers. This is a hands‑on role with significant ownership, high visibility, and the opportunity to shape a green-field Copilot product line in a fast‑moving environment. What you'll do • Architecture & Build - Create app manifests, OpenAPI schemas, and backend services (Node.js / TypeScript or C#). • Prompt & AI Logic - Craft system prompts, few‑shot examples, and function‑calling instructions for Azure OpenAI GPT‑4 models. • Microsoft Graph & Data - Integrate mail, calendar, files, or custom data via Graph API and (optionally) Graph connectors. • Security & Compliance - Implement Entra ID OAuth, RBAC, privacy controls; guide deliverables through Microsoft validation. • DevOps & Observability - Deploy on Azure Functions / Container Apps; set up logging, alerts, cost telemetry. • Collaboration - Pair with product + UX on conversational flows; mentor teammates on best practices. Qualifications • 5+ yrs full‑stack cloud engineering (Node.js / TypeScript or C#). • 2+ yrs hands‑on Microsoft 365 or Teams app development (Graph, OAuth, app manifests). • Proven prompt‑engineering / LLM tool‑calling work (Azure OpenAI preferred). • Strong REST + OpenAPI design; comfortable building secure, scalable APIs. • Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, IaC (Bicep / Terraform) and production monitoring. • Solid grounding in identity, data‑protection, and Responsible AI principles. • Experience with Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or building Power Platform connectors. • Familiarity with Teams AI SDK (streaming messages, Adaptive Cards, message extensions). • Exposure to monitoring stacks (Prometheus + Grafana, OpenTelemetry). • Previous work on ISV SaaS integrations (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).
