About the Role: NCDIT-T Web Systems is seeking a skilled Data Analyst with strong expertise in Azure Databricks to support the development of data aggregations, dashboards, and reports. This role requires a hands-on professional experienced in PySpark, SQL, and Power BI, with the ability to work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality data solutions. The candidate will collaborate with data engineers and technical leads, participate in design discussions, and ensure business alignment in all data-driven projects. Key Responsibilities • Conduct data analysis, mappings, and ensure data quality/integrity • Write efficient and complex queries using Spark SQL in Databricks • Collaborate with engineers to deliver robust data products • Design and develop structured, analysis-ready datasets (Gold layer) • Build interactive dashboards using Power BI and Databricks visualization tools • Support integration and transformation of data from multiple sources • Perform statistical analysis, data mining, and machine learning for insights • Develop predictive models and advanced analytical solutions • Document pipelines, mappings, models, and dashboard functionality Required Skills & Qualifications • Strong hands-on experience with Azure Databricks (PySpark, Spark SQL) • Proficiency with Power BI and/or Databricks visualization tools • Experience in data aggregation, transformation, and mapping • Strong SQL skills for complex data queries • Background in statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling • Excellent collaboration and communication skills Preferred Qualifications • Databricks Data Analyst Associate Certification Work Model: Hybrid (On-site first day for equipment; up to 3 days/week in office for meetings & responsibilities) Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $85.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance Experience: • designing & managing Azure Databricks: 3 years (Required) • Knowledge of statistical & ML concepts: 3 years (Required) • SQL & Python for queries & dashboards: 3 years (Required) • dimensional/data modeling: 3 years (Required) • Strong communication & cross-team collaboration: 5 years (Required) License/Certification: • Data Analyst Associate Certification (Preferred) Work Location: In person
