This role involves coaching, mentoring, and driving team performance while acting as a point of escalation for complex customer issues. Key Responsibilities • Supervise daily operations of a customer service team to meet performance goals. • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team. • Track and analyze team/individual performance metrics. • Troubleshoot operational problems and complete required team reports. • Provide guidance on escalated issues and ensure timely resolution. • Maintain strong customer relationships through effective issue resolution. What You’ll Need • 4+ years of customer service experience handling complex transactions. • At least 1 year in a Team Lead / Supervisor role. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Preferred Qualifications • Experience in a call center environment. • Bilingual (English/Spanish). • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills. • Ability to thrive under pressure while ensuring customer satisfaction.
