AI/ML Engineer – Azure AI Solutions Medina, MN | Hybrid (Onsite as needed) Full-Time | M–F, 8am–5pm CST 12-Month Contract (extension/conversion potential) About the Role We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer with strong experience in C# and Python to design, deploy, and optimize advanced AI solutions leveraging Azure AI services and modern machine learning frameworks. This is a hands-on engineering role where your coding expertise will directly drive the success of NLP and LLM applications. You’ll work at the intersection of software engineering and applied data science, bringing together your programming skills, cloud expertise, and problem-solving mindset to deliver AI solutions that make an impact. What You’ll Do AI Solution Development & Deployment • Build and deploy machine learning models (NLP, LLMs) using Azure AI services (Azure ML, Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI). • Implement RAG architectures with Azure AI Search, LangChain, or Semantic Kernel to boost generative AI performance. • Write efficient, production-grade code in Python (and C# where applicable). Project Delivery & Collaboration • Deliver scalable, secure AI solutions aligned with business needs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including POs and end users, ensuring adoption and integration of AI solutions. • Contribute to both project-based and staff augmentation engagements. Model Validation & Quality Assurance • Test and validate models for accuracy, reliability, and fairness. • Optimize and fine-tune models, addressing performance and data quality. • Stay ahead of AI/ML best practices and integrate emerging tools. What We’re Looking For • 3+ years of hands-on AI/ML development with C# and Python • Proven experience in end-to-end model deployment and monitoring in Azure AI • Applied data science background with strong problem-solving skills. • Familiarity with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow). • Knowledge of RAG architectures and orchestration tools like LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or LlamaIndex. • Experience with MLOps practices and data pipelines (Azure Data Factory or equivalent). • Excellent communication skills, comfortable working directly with stakeholders.
