Specialist Duration : 12 Months Location : Dallas, Texas, 75261 Onsite JKob Type: W2 Contract Responsibilities: Qualifications: • Experience: • 3-5+ years of demonstrable experience in IT Asset Management, with a strong focus on Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM). • Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM and SAM modules is mandatory. This includes configuration, administration, and reporting. • Experience with the full IT asset lifecycle (planning, procurement, deployment, service/maintenance, retirement). • Technical Skills: • Deep understanding of IT hardware components and their lifecycle. • Strong knowledge of various software licensing models (e.g., perpetual, subscription, per-user, per-device, core-based) and vendor-specific licensing (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, IBM). • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including reports, dashboards, workflows, and discovery. • Familiarity with ITIL framework, particularly in Asset and Configuration Management processes. • (Optional, but beneficial): Experience with scripting (e.g., JavaScript) within ServiceNow, integration with other systems.
