Our client, a rapidly growing tech firm, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist specializing in Predictive Analytics. This position is based in Miami, Florida , and offers a flexible work arrangement. You will be instrumental in developing and deploying advanced machine learning models to drive business insights and strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities will include identifying key business challenges, gathering and cleaning large datasets, and designing, building, and validating predictive models. You will leverage statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization techniques to uncover patterns, forecast trends, and provide actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data mining techniques. Expertise in programming languages such as Python or R, along with experience using data science libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and SQL, is essential. Proven experience in building and deploying predictive models in a production environment is required. A Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field is preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary to effectively convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and business leaders, to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
