Job Summary and Qualifications As an Analytics Development Program (ADP) Associate on the Operations Support and Analytics team, you will advance your technical skillset through sprint-based development iterations and project assignments spanning a variety of reports and platforms in the organization’s analytics portfolio. This position will have exposure to Parallon’s enterprise operations, with a focus on leveraging analytics and technologies available to solve problems and improve efficiency across the company. This individual will support a culture of high performance and continuous improvement and should possess excellent and proven leadership, communication and analytical skills. During your time in the Analytics Development program your duties will include: • Performs enterprise wide analytics for net revenue, cash flow, inventory management, labor management and general operations • Develops, tests, and delivers ad hoc reports • Keeps management abreast of all significant matters through formal reporting and informal notification when needed • Drives business decisions through the use of analytics • Maintenance of reporting accuracy and integrity • Champions innovation by leading practices and continuous improvement within finance operations including net revenue analysis and labor management • Works with project management and ancillary departments as necessary to ensure project work plans meet implementation requirements and expectations What qualifications will you need: • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, statistics, data science or related quantitative field required • Master’s degree preferred • 0 to 3 years of business-related experience in analytics, finance, industrial engineering or related field • Previous healthcare experience and/or experience working in a shared service environment preferred • Knowledge in programs such as: SQL, Python, Power BI, etc. are preferred.
