The Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedLead PowerBI Developer, to join our team. You will sit in the Enterprise Data and Analytics space, supporting and initiative in the marketing space. Will have two primary responsibilities - vendor management and product owner for an insourcing opportunity of a vendor platform. MUST HAVES-Upto 10 years experience, should have minimum 6+ years Lead experience working in a customer facing role.Excellent communication skills, Ability to work directly with CXO level users.Ability to use advance functions of Power BI, DAX Expressions, MQuery, Power Query, Power Automate, Composite Datasets. They are using Azure as backend, but a good SQL knowledge is required.Ability to solve problems and provide multiple solution approaches for problems in Data Visualization, Data Storytelling skill is a must.Ability to listen and communicate, passion for Data analysis, good tolerance level, confidence level to work independently with senior leadership team.Ability to read data and understand the business process, ability to explain the business process.Ability to understand talk about the business value creation with dashboards like a product owner in an entrepreneurial manner.Effective Cross team communication, Agile, Kanban as they are following agile, and waterfall combined in a Kanban model.Any health care experience is a big plus.
