The Modern Workplace Administrator is responsible for manage and support our corporate IT environment, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365, Intune, device lifecycle management, and end-user support. This role ensures our team members have a secure, productive, and modern digital workplace experience across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms. What You'll Do... • Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive • Complete and manage support tickets in FreshService while adhering to defined SLAs and escalation protocols • Manage device lifecycle using Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Apple Business Manager, ensuring secure and compliant deployments across Windows, macOS, and iOS platforms • Enforce Conditional Access, MFA, and device compliance policies via Entra ID • Monitor and respond to cybersecurity alerts and email threats using Microsoft Defender and Barracuda. • Support user provisioning, group management, and licensing across M365 and third-party SaaS platforms • Provide end-user support for device, application, and connectivity issues across Windows, macOS, and mobile environments • Onboard and offboard employees including device configuration, account setup, and access control • Participate in audits and ensure compliance with security, access, and data handling standards • Set up, configure, and ship computers for new hires, ensuring all required applications, profiles, and security policies are in place • Support collaboration technologies such as video conferencing, Teams Rooms, and meeting hardware • Maintain and track hardware/software inventory and asset lifecycle • Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, IT procedures, and user instructions • Assist in all aspects of the IT function as well as other business technology needs, providing flexible support across systems, operations, and cross-functional initiatives • Collaborate with the Director of Technology to execute strategic initiatives and optimize IT systems. Requirements What You Need to Succeed... • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent professional experience required. • 2-4 years of experience in IT support or systems administration, ideally within a multifamily, property management, or corporate environment. • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint management required. • Familiarity with cloud-first environments and modern identity/security tools (e.g., Entra ID, Conditional Access) preferred. • Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadlines. • Detail-oriented and strong work ethic. • Proficiency in forecasting, budgeting, and strategic use of tech platforms and staff. • Excellent understanding of computer systems, security, networks, and systems. administration, databases and data storage systems, and telecommunications systems. • Extensive software knowledge • Pass criminal background screening prior to employment. • Possession of a valid driver's license and up-to-date vehicle insurance OR reliable transportation is required. • If minimum qualifications are met during resume screening the Wonderlic pre-employment assessment is required.
