Systems Engineer Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security. This role requires a proactive approach to system management and a passion for technology and innovation. Key Responsibilities • Design, implement, and manage IT systems and infrastructure to meet organizational needs. • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and specifications. • Manage Active Directory and Azure AD environments, including user access and security policies. • Administer and support Exchange environments, ensuring email services are running smoothly. • Implement and manage ITIL best practices for service management and operations. • Maintain and support Cisco USC converged/hyperconverged infrastructure solutions. • Utilize Intersight for system monitoring and management. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Systems Engineer or Systems Administrator. • Microsoft Certification: Role based Fundamentals, Associate or Expert, MCSE, MCSD, MCSA • Veeam Certified Engineer (VMCE) • VMware Certification: VCTA, VCP, VCAP, or VCDX • Strong knowledge of ITIL v3 and ITIL v4 frameworks. • Pure Storage: Associate or Professional Benefits Looking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
