We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Help Desk Administrator to join our team and take charge of our user support systems and help desk operations.Administer and monitor the help desk ticketing system to ensure timely resolution of support requestsProvide technical assistance and support for incoming queries related to computer systems, software, hardware, and networksPrioritize and escalate issues to appropriate IT staff when necessaryMaintain accurate documentation of user issues, system changes, and resolutionsManage user account setup and maintenance (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, etc.)Perform software installations, updates, and system configurationsMonitor IT asset inventory and assist with equipment deployment and trackingSupport onboarding and offboarding processes for employeesGenerate reports on help desk metrics and identify trends for improvementMaintain IT knowledge base and create user guides and FAQs
