Your Role: As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in delivering valuable insights that drive our marketing strategies. Your analytical skills will be key in helping us understand our clients and communities better. Key Responsibilities: Analyze Marketing Data: Collect and interpret data from various marketing campaigns to evaluate performance and identify trends. Report Generation: Prepare detailed reports that provide actionable insights for improving future marketing initiatives. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and business teams to develop strategies that align with our community-focused mission. Market Research: Conduct research to better understand our target audiences and optimize marketing efforts. Support Strategy Development: Assist in the development of marketing strategies based on data-driven insights. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in our marketing processes, ensuring we remain effective and relevant. Qualifications: Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools. Relevant degree or experience in marketing analytics is a plus.
