Position Purpose: Assist in designing, developing, customizing, and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions for Sales & Marketing, Field Services, and Customer Service modules. Understand business requirements and design efficient solutions tailored to meet those needs. Essential Accountabilities • Design and develop custom solutions using Dynamics 365 platform and Power Platform applications. • Customize and extend Dynamics 365 applications with PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and other Microsoft technologies. • Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 applications. • Collaborate with cross?functional teams including business analysts and project managers to deliver high?quality solutions. • Create detailed technical documentation for developed solutions and integrations. • Stay informed about updates and new features of Dynamics 365 to ensure best practices are followed. • Experience with back?end services including best practices for data management, caching, and optimization. • Familiarity with Azure services is highly desirable. Core Skills and Experience • 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 functional analysis, development, and design. • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules Sales & Marketing, Field Services, Customer Service including configuration, customization, and extension capabilities. • Proficiency in creating both canvas and model?driven apps. • Experience automating workflows and integrating various services. • Strong skills in designing and managing data models, especially with Microsoft Dataverse. • Skills in designing intuitive and user?friendly interfaces. • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. • Understanding of relational databases and SQL. • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non?technical stakeholders. • Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast?paced environment.
